Body clock changed.

Because of the night shift that I'm doing almost everyday, my body clock has changed. Nowadays it is a bit difficult for me to sleep before 12 midnight. I'm still fresh and not sleepy at all. But it is now difficult for me to wake up early before 10am. By the time I wakes up, it is time for lunch. So I had to force myself to eat only a small portion of food for lunch. If not then I'll be fat in no time at all. And if I had to do day shift, then I'll fast lunch. Trying as much possible to have flat tummy.
