Been reading 5 chapters a day and today is the beginning of Matthew. The first five chapters talk about the genealogy of Jesus and the birth of Jesus until the beginning of the Sermon of the Mount. Within these 5 chapters, the author Matthew who is one of Jesus' disciples summarized Jesus' 30 years in human form. One thing that is worth noting is about the Magi and Jesus.
Myth: - Jesus is a newborn baby when the Magi visited him. There are 3 wise men that reached Bethlehem when Jesus was born.
Facts: - Jesus is already a child when the Magi visited him. He is not a toddler but a child below the age of 2 years old. The Magi found Jesus in Joseph and Mary's house (not the inn's stable) and worship him . And the Bible did not mention that there are only 3 wise men. There could be more than 3 wise men. (Read Matthew 2)
